I found this ad online, about a holiday promotion for KFC in japan. The word "Party Barrel" is translated in katakana word。



Another example:

In the first few characters, マリリ is a direct translation of Maryleen.

Hello! And welcome to my blog. This blog will be used to record my journey in learning Japanese. I will post events and activities related to my experience in studying.

Since I was young, learning a new language has always been a great interest for me. I always love to explore new places and culture, and the best way to do so is to learn the language spoken in the area. I've been to Japan several times in different regions, including Fukuoka, Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, and Sapporo. Every time I went I would always experience something new that I am excited about. I believe learning Japanese will be a great place to continue this quest.
